So Long Summer...

It's hard to believe that yet another summer has come and gone. While I'm always a bit sad that the more carefree, laid-back, warm days come to a close, I love to look back and reflect on everything I was able to experience in those three short months. It's crazy to think of how much you do, see, and experience from June to September, (compared to the time between December and March, for example. )

2017 has been a year filled with more travel than ever for us, especially this summer. From weddings and bachelorette festivities to both spontaneous and planned vacations, I look back so fondly on this past summer. In addition to traveling, we also spent lots of time at home, working on our patio garden, enjoying rosΓ©, and hitting up the farmers markets nearby. My family was able to come and spend a few weeks with us too which felt like a vacation, having us all under one roof.

And while I don't have to report back to "school" come September, I still manage to get the summer blues- with fading tan lines, cool temps creeping in, and the impending pumpkin spice EVERYTHING trend at the stores. Counting down the days till summer 2018- it'll be here before we know it!
