Oh, I've been a bad House Huntress lately. Doesn't mean I'm not back and better than everrrr. Kidding, but I've found some real stunners. I think this is my favorite find on the Hamptons yet. Oh my gosh, where to begin...?!
How about the 69 million dollar price tag, which you should totally ignore because this is pure fantasy for pretty much everyone. Built in the early 1900s, it was recently restored over the course of five years. Worth the wait? Oh yes. It sits on 11 acres overlooking Mecox Bay with views to. die. for. I am in love with the neutral palette- those jute rugs and white linen sofas (very LC, might I add) are perfect. The windows in this place are fantastic. I'd probably stop and just stare out of them for hours.
Other Hamptons requirements... South of Highway? Check. Private dock? Check. Enviously green lawn? Check. Pool? Check. Pool house? (you knew that one was coming) Check. Wine cellar? Check. Sauna? Check. Huge kitchen? Check. Motor court? Check. Well, folks, I believe I've covered it all.

I love an eat in kitchen. And those french doors...swoon!
Perhaps my favorite sitting room. Black and white are always a classic combo.
Can we talk about this staircase?! Not that it'd be fun to climb...I'm sure there's an elevator somewhere around this place.
