Ahhh, the suburbs- Westport to be precise. I spent my childhood traveling here to go to the beach with my grandparents. I have (not so fond) memories of consuming too much salt water- on accident, that is. It was also very rocky. Anyhow, the real estate here is pretty fab. Coastal Connecticut in itself is pretty ritzy. Merecedes and Audi, and Porsche OH MY! With houses to boot.
On a trip to CT this weekend, I noticed lots of homes for sale and ding ding ding, we have today's House Huntress, featuring a single family Compo Cove stunner just a stone's throw (hehe) from where I drank all that saltwater. 248 Hillspoint Road was tastefully renovated in 2010 and has lovely water views. Mostly white? Check! Lots of windows? Check. New England charm? Check. Imagine waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning. Sigh. It'll cost you, though. 6.2 million big ones to be exact. Here's to dreaming ;)
